Account Settings (Primary Admin Only)

The Primary Admin has full control over billing and customization of the system. There is only one Main Admin per account.

  • Request Account Feature
  • Check Your Library Storage or Monthly Bandwidth
  • Updating Billing or Payment
  • Change the Primary Admin of Your Account
  • Adding Storage or Bandwidth to Account
  • Customize Outgoing Emails
  • Adding an Upload Agreement for Upload Links
  • Change Portal Logo and Accent Color
  • Hide or Change Portal Description
  • Edit Emails Contacts for the Portal
