The Proof Viewer settings in the Proof viewer allow you as a Guest User or Proof User to customize the view while reviewing an assigned proof. Access to these settings is possible after launching the Proof Viewer.
Click the Details icon in the proof launch and select Proof Viewer Settings in the dropdown menu:
A window will appear allowing you to adjust the following:
- Center View Comments: Allows you to change the comments view on the proof as pins or markups, or remove them from the proof area.
- Comment Layout: In the comments section allows a collapsible view or expanded for user comments.
- Compare mode: Allows you to assign a current proof to the right or left side when comparing to previous versions
- Other: Hide or display avatars on the proof markups and chat, pin the main menu, light/dark mode view, and adjust language
