Sharing Your Proof via Email and Proof Link

There are two standard ways of ensuring that users are able to access a proof. 

1. Email notification from the Proof Owner
2. Proof Link

1. Email

The email notification that guest users receive automatically when added as a member to a stage allows them to access the viewer immediately by clicking the Open Proof button.

Through this link, stage members are able to interact with the proof in alignment with their assigned roles from the Proof Owner.

2. Proof Link

Additionally, the Proof Owner is able to provide a URL link to the Proof Viewer. Users provided with this link will only be able to view the proof, and any markups or public comments for that proof.

They will not be able to access the markup or commenting tools unless they are an invited user with that permission assigned to them.

The Proof URL can be located in the Proof Details window, by clicking the top left icon, next to the proof name.

The URL can be shared with other team members by clicking the copy icon and pasting the URL where needed for others to access it.
