You may need to export products and product information when using the Products Hub. This is a frequent task for members of a sales or operations team. Exporting a selection of information to a CSVC is a simple process. You will have the option to export "All Data" or export for a specific Channel Template.
1. Select the desired products by clicking the checkmarks to the left of the product rows. Clicking the box at the top of the product viewing table will select all products on that page.
2. At the top of the page, a new options menu will appear, select +Export from the options.
You will get a pop up with the option to choose your export type:
Export Types:
- All Data: All Attribute data will be included for each product included in the export
- Channel Templates: Channel Template specific attribute data will be included for each selected product in the export
- Product Types: Provides a CSV for Each product type for the selected products in the Export
Once you click Export, you will receive an email with the download link of the CSV from Image Relay upon completion of the export.
Including Images and Continuing Bulk Actions
1. Checking Include Images will append an Image column to your Product export that contains URLs for each asset associated with the exported products.
2. Continuing Actions with your Products Selection(s)
If you want to perform more actions on the selected set of products, click the Continue bulk actions checkbox before clicking Export. Note that selected products will be lost when navigating to different pages after the export.
