Product Details Overview

The Product Details page provides a snapshot of product information, including the channels it exists in, variant information (if applicable), and provides the opportunity to add to an export, share, or edit the product.

This article will help you familiarize yourself with and navigate the Product Details page. Each section of the product details page underneath the image area can be expanded when the arrow on the right side of each section is clicked on.

1. Top Menu 

     Add to export- Adds the product being viewed to an export from the details page

     Export- Allows you to begin the export for all products added to the export

     Share- Generates a share link of the product

     Edit Product- Navigates you to an editable page to update product information

2. General

Presents the basic product information of the product. The attributes assigned to this area can be customized to preference.

3. Product Images

This area presents the product image, name, and identifying information. It can be synced from the Image Relay Library. Updates to the Library's asset will also sync to this page to ensure the content is up to date.

4. Supporting Assets

This section has additional synced files or images from the Image Relay Library that are related to the product but may not be included in the product data (additional images, variant images, sales sheets, size charts, etc.).

5. Variant Data

Lists variant attribute information for the product, such as additional sizes, colors, etc.

6. Product Type

Generates information from attributes assigned to the product's type.

7. Product View

The Product Type section can be further customized through the creation of views and helps generate data specific to the viewer's need or preference, such as showing data specific to a region or department.

*Product Views can be changed within Product type by clicking the dropdown menu in the right side of that section.

8. Product Channels

Each section after the product views is dedicated to the channels that the product has been assigned to, containing the attributes mapped to that channel.
