Please note, this action can only be performed by admins.
You can set an expiration dates on files so people can no longer download or share them. You can set a date for which a file can expire in two different ways.
Via Hover View:

Hover over the file you wish to change the expiration date of with your mouse to bring up Hover View.

Click the ellipses to bring up the pop up menu.

Click Update Expiration.

Select the date that you want the file to expire on.

Click Set Date.
Via Selection:
Using the selection tool and drop down bar, you can select many files to expire at once.

Hover over the file(s) you wish to change the expiration date of with your mouse and click the check box to select the file(s).

Click More Options in the upper selection bar.

Click Update Expiration.

Select the date that you want the file to expire on.

Click Set Date.
Via Detail View
-
Click on the file you wish to update.

Along the left side of the screen, look for the Expiration Date.

Click on Set Date and choose the date you would like the asset to expire.
