Multiple Item Search

1. To perform a multiple item search, you need to put each search term with quotes in the search bar, separated by a space (no commas). Quotations around the terms avoids a "wildcard" search, where similar but irrelevant assets will generate in the search (For example, searching 111140 will also return 11190 as it searches all combinations of 111).

2. Go to the Refine icon and click the Advanced Search dropdown menu

3. Check the Any Words box and that will bring up the files that correspond to each individual search term. All files with the tag in the filename, metadata, or text fields will generate.

4. You can filter results further in the Limit Search Fields to area or by clicking Search Specific Folders and Limit File Types area

5. Simply click Enter after selecting your desired search terms and results will generate assets from all over the library.
