Attribute Filters

In addition to the basic searching feature, the Product Hub offers the ability to filter through custom attributes, sort with custom columns, and supports a multi value search through products.

Filters 

Results from a search and the Product library can be further refined through the filter function, found underneath the search bar.

• Filter by category: Selecting the category dropdown in the filter area allows you to filter results by existing categories in the Products Hub from the dropdown that appears with current catalogs listed in the Product Hub.
• Additional Filters include filtering by Catalog, Channel, and Product Type which refines your results to products that both contain the search term and also the desired catalog, channel, or type data.
• Attribute allows you to sort through the custom attributes in the Product Hub

Filter Attributes by Condition

This additional filter within the attribute filter allows you to refine the search further of your selected custom attributes. An account can have hundreds or more of custom attributes, so the following additional filters help to optimize the sorting process further.

A filter can be cleared by clicking the 'x' next to a filter or the 'clear all' option to remove all filters in the search.

• Contains: A specified attribute must have the term or value included in its information to be listed in results
• Doesn't Contain: The chosen attribute must not have the specified term or value to be listed in the search result
• Not Empty: Only products without empty attribute fields will be listed in results
• Empty: Only products with empty attribute fields will be listed in results
• Exact Values: allows an exact value search of the specified attribute,

Search for multiple SKUs in a list, for example: Use the Exact Values condition to filter on the SKU attribute.   The list of multiple SKUs, separated by commas, will filter just the specific products associated with those SKU numbers.
