Users with a Creative Cloud subscription can now utilize the CI Hub plug-ins to access the content stored in Image Relay from their Adobe account.
Setup requires CI Hub account registration. You can sign up for a trial account here if you do not already have one. If you have one and your trial account period has finished, you can contact support@imagerelay.com to continue having access throughout your Image Relay subscription period.
Setup consists of:
1. Finding and Installing the CI Hub Connector plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud
2. Logging into CI Hub and Image Relay through CI Hub's Adobe Plugin to establish the connection between Image Relay and Adobe

- You will need to sign in to your Adobe account to install the plugin.
- Navigate to plugins, search CI Hub, and select Install.
A pop-up may appear to tell you to sign in to install the Connector plugin:
Once installed, you will see a green notice and directions for finding the plugin in Adobe.

On a Mac, you may find the plugin under “Plugins.”
On the right-hand side, select the CI Hub icon to expand the window, login with your email and CI Hub password you created for registration. It will open a browser tab for you to login to CI Hub on their site. If your password does not work, reset your password by clicking the “password forgotten or support needed?” hyperlink buttons to make a new one.
b. Connecting to Image Relay with CI Hub Connector
Once logged in, navigate back to Photoshop app and either scroll through to Image Relay’s plugin from the list or type it in the search bar, click the + icon
c. Accessing the Image Relay Library in Adobe
You will be prompted to log in with your Image Relay username and password in a new browser tab, connecting you to the folders in your library.
Close the browser and navigate back to Photoshop. Your CI Hub plugin window will now connect you to the Image Relay Library.
