Managing Product Hub Permissions

Product Hub Permissions are listed after the Additional Options section of a permission's settings menu, under Product Options.

Navigation

Navigate to this area through Admin>Users & Permissions> Permissions (left-hand menu). Select the desired permission group from the table to access that permission's settings.

Basic User Product Settings (available to all permission groups)

• View Products: Gives the user the ability to access the Product Hub section in Image Relay
• Export Products: Allows the user to export product attribute data from the Product Hub
• Download Product Assets from Products: The user can download images and files attached as assets to a product or products in the Product Hub
• Share Products: The user can create a share link to allow external access to view a product
• View Catalogs: The user can view existing product catalogs in the library
• Share Product Catalogs: The user can create a share link for external viewers to view, download assets, and export from
• Add Products to Catalogs: The user can add products to  existing catalogs
• Add Products to Channels: The User can add products to new and existing channels

Admin Product Settings (Admin permission groups only)

• Create Products and Variants: Users can create new products and variants for new and existing products in the Product Hub
• Manage Product Assets: The ability to assign, edit, and remove assets associated with a product between the Asset Library and Product Hub
• Edit Products: The ability to change and update product attribute information in the Product Hub.
• Manage Variants: The user can manage and edit product variants within the Product Hub
• Create, edit, delete, and organize Product Categories: Allows complete control and management of Product Categories in the Product Hub.
• Assign Products to Categories: Users can assign an uncategorized or new product to a category
• Assign Products to Types: Users can assign the relevant data fields of a specific product type to a product within the Product Hub
• Create, edit, and delete Product Catalogs: Allows complete control and management of Product Catalogs
• Manage Product Settings: Users can view and edit the product data in the settings menu
• Delete Products and Variants: Users can delete products and variants from the Product Hub
• Recover Products from the Trash: Recover deleted products from Image Relay (30-day grace period)
• Products API: Allows the user to connect with the Product Hub via API calls
