Creating a channel within the Product Hub allows you to organize channel templates or datasets that you have mapped to your source attributes within the system for your products. This makes sharing product attribute information in a distributor or vendor's preferred format more seamless and efficient.
To create a channel, navigate to Admin>Product Settings> Channels (on the left-hand menu)
In the center view, select the Export Channels tab, and click the Add Channel button on the right-hand side
Type the desired channel name in the Text field, and select Add Channel
Once your channel is created, you can add templates for the channel by selecting the Add Template button
