Assigning additional stages to a proof can be essential as more teams or individuals need access to review material. A Proof Owner or Proof User with access to the proof can accomplish this during Proof Creation and after editing the existing proof.
Proofing stages can be added or removed from a proof during proof creation and after a proof has already been created.
Adding Proofing Stages
1. Adding a Proofing Stage upon Proof Creation
After choosing an asset from the library for your proof, you have the ability to add stages. If you picked a Proof Template to work from, there is an Add New Stage button at the bottom left of the Stages section of the Proof.
When the new stage appears, you are able to name the stage, add members, and assign access to the proof.
2. Adding a Stage to an Existing Proof
To add a stage to an existing proof, go to the Active Proofs menu, or to the category within the lefthand menu where the desired proof is located and click the asterisk in the far right of the proof's row. Select the symbol, and then click edit.
Once within the proof, you can add additional stages by scrolling down to Add New Stage in the proof.
Removing Stages from a Proof
Every proof needs at least one stage, so the first stage, while being editable, cannot be deleted. Every other stage, however, can be deleted by selecting Remove Stage in the bottom right corner of the stage.
