Finalizing Proofs

Proofs are completed automatically when all decision-makers from all stages approve the proof. 

Finalizing with all Decisions Completed

Upon stage review completion in which all users with Decision access have approved a proof, the proof will "process" and be found in the Completed section of the Proofs Vertical Menu. Processing may take up to a few minutes before you are able to view the proof in the Completed section.

Locking a Proof

For instances where a proof approval is completed outside of Image Relay, a Proof Owner or Proof User with the necessary access can also lock a proof manually from further commenting and markup.

Navigate to either My Proofs or Proofs to Review depending on whether you are the Proof Owner, and select the asterisk on the far right of your proof. Click Lock to lock the proof from further comments and markups.
