Digital Proofing Users

The Digital Proofing tool within Image Relay has two kinds of users with their own level of access. Accounts with Digital Proofing have a set number of licensed user seats and can contact sales@imagerelay.com to add additional seats to an account plan if needed.

Proofing Users

These users have licenses granting them access to proofing inside of Image Relay through the Tools tab.  With one of the account's designated seats, they are able to create a proof, a proof template, and administer stage roles to users involved in the proofing process. They are able to edit and make decision on proofs, as well as invite additional guest users to view and comment on proofs. 

Guest Users

Guest Users can be unlimited in number and are able to comment and view a proof separately from Proofing Users. They do not have access to the Proofing tool within Image Relay and do not require an Image Relay login.

These users receive an email invitation to access the proof and are able to access the proof for viewing or commenting through the email. The email contains the name of the proof and relevant details such as the name of the user who sent the invite, the proof's current status, and a thumbnail preview of the proof.
