Marketing Templates Permissions

Marketing Templates Users and Admins can be added, deleted, and managed in Admin> Users & Permissions> Marketing Templates

In order to access Marketing templates, a user must be added by admin to view the templates area. The Marketing Templates tool has two user permission settings. A user’s permission level within Products or the Library may not be equivalent to the level of access a user may have in Marketing Templates.

Administrators can view how many admins and users are allowed within their account by reviewing their contract or can discuss adding more seats by contacting their Account Manager.

Marketing Template Admin:

These users have the ability to create and edit new templates from scratch, and set the parameters for which elements in the templates can be edited by guest users.

Marketing Template Admin are able to view all projects that have been published for the account.

Marketing Template Guest User:

These users have access to make a copy of and customize existing templates as projects within the parameters assigned to the template.

Guest Users are able to view published templates that are assigned to their permission but cannot create a new template.
