Reset a Password or Recover Username

Resetting and recovering a password or username is easy with Image Relay's updated login information recovery page. You can access the login page here.

General Overview

The login page offers various options outlined below:

The general login page (above) allows you to enter your username and password to access your company's portal. If you are unable to access the portal because of a forgotten or incorrect username or password, you can click the hyperlinked username or password recovery that fits your situation.

Forgot Password

• Selecting 'Forgot Password' navigates you to the password reset page where inputting your username will trigger Image Relay to send a password reset email. If you do not remember your username, choose the 'Forgot Username' hyperlink and follow the next steps.

Forgot Username

• Selecting 'Forgot Username' navigates you to a page where you can input your email for Image Relay to send you an itemized list of usernames and portal URLs linked to the email on file. The email will come from Image Relay, and may be in your spam folder if not immediately seen in your inbox. You can then use that username to login with your password.

Note that your username that you made when registering for an account may not be your email.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Login Recovery

Logging in through SSO can be done by typing the portal login URL or web address (left). If you are unsure of your portal URL, you can click on the 'Forgot Your Image Relay URL' hyperlink and input your company email address in the next page (right) for access to the URL through an email from Image Relay.
