This feature is only available to admins.
Even with the best-laid plan, sometimes your folder structure needs to be reorganized. Or perhaps another admin created a folder in the wrong place and it needs to be moved. Either way, it's easy to change your folder structure as your library grows.
Moving or Reorganizing Folders
To get to the organization module, hover over any folder in the tree, and select Organize Folders from the dropdown menu.
Here you can rearrange your folder structure in a separate environment for easy drag-and-drop organization. Drag folders in and out of one another as if they were on your desktop. You can even create new folders within this modal with the Create New Folder button.
All updates are automatically saved.
Note: any folders added to a parent folder will be granted the same permission access of that parent folder.
