You can copy or move files between folders easily allowing you to have a file in different or multiple folders without re-uploading it. There are two ways in which you can do this.

Via Hover View:

  1. Hover over the file you wish to copy or move with your mouse to bring up Hover View.
  2. Click the ellipses to bring up the pop up menu.
  3. Click Copy or Move.
  4. Select the folder or folders you want to copy or move the file to. (You may also create a new folder to move or copy files to by clicking Create New Folder)
  5. Click Copy to copy the file to the selected folders.
  6. Click Move to move the file from its current folder to the selected folder.

Via Selection:

  1. Hover over the file(s) you wish to copy or move with your mouse and click the check box to select the file(s).
  2. Click More Options in the upper selection bar.
  3. Click Move.
  4. Select the folder or folders you want to copy or move the file(s) to. (You may also create a new folder to move or copy files to by clicking Create New Folder)
  5. Click Copy to copy the file to the selected folders.
  6. Click Move to move the file from its current folder to the selected folder (s).

There are two options for organizing files:

Move - If you want to uproot the file from it's current location and move it to the newly selected folder.
Copy - If you want to copy the selected files into the newly selected folder(s). These copied files are direct instances of the source file and so will be updated universally if any changes are made.
